We are proud to announce Philip C. Mani received his license to practice law in the State of New Mexico on September 20.  In addition to New Mexico, Philip is licensed to practice in Texas (since 1990), Pennsylvania (since 2009) and Colorado (since 2012).  He is also Board Certified in Oil, Gas and Mineral Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1996.
